The $36 million Studio One Apartments, located on four acres at the former site of the old Vernors ginger ale factory, marked the university's first private/public real estate venture.

The 950-space garage, situated on Forest Avenue, also features first-floor retail space, providing a convenient and accessible location for residents and visitors alike.
